2009 Coles County Fair Book and is placed here for the exhibitor’s convenience. Completing the
form and returning it to the Fair Office with the appropriate payment for entry fees,
stall rents, and an exhibitor’s ticket, will constitute entry into the Fair exhibits.
The entry form must be postmarked no later than 4:00 p.m. Saturday, July 18, 2009. No Late
Entries Accepted. You can also drop off your entry forms at the Fair Office during its office hours.
Please understand that completing and returning this form is not a part of the Online Entry Process.
