Online Entry Information
NOTE:
- There is a $3.00
convenience fee associated with submitting entries online. The fee
goes directly to Martech Systems Inc. for providing the online
service.
- Exhibitors showing
animals in Departments A, B, H2, H3, & H4 must mail or hand carry a
copy of the invoice you will print at the end of the entry process
along with payment for pen/stall fees and an exhibitor ticket to the Coles County Fair Association prior to the entry
deadline for their exhibits. Entry fees will only be charged to
premium winner. Premium winners will pay their entry fees
when they pick up theirs premium checks at the Fair Office.
Exhibitors are not entered into exhibits until an invoice and payment
are received at the Fair Office.

Departments I, J, K, L, M, O, & P, must mail or hand carry a copy of
the invoice along with payment for entry fees and an exhibitor ticket to the Coles County Fair
Association prior to the entry deadline for their exhibits.
Exhibitors are not entered into exhibits until an invoice and payment
are received at the Fair Office.
- Please be advised, exhibitors must purchase a $5.00 exhibitor
ticket in order to participate in the fair. Only
individuals participating in the fair are allowed to purchase an
exhibitor ticket. Each exhibitor is only
allowed to purchase one exhibitor ticket.
Before entering any of the competitions, be sure to read the
Fair Rules and Regulations and
the rules concerning each of the
Competitive Classes you intend to enter (including the regulations on
livestock, located on the same page).
